Get quiet. Step into the woods. Come home to yourself.
I guide small groups and one-on-one hikes on gentle, mindful walks in the forests around Ithaca, NY. We slow down, breathe, and reconnect with the part of you that gets drowned out in everyday life.
No pressure. No performance. No need to “be spiritual.” Just you, nature, and the space to settle.
Before:
Disconnected, stressed, overwhelmed, exhausted.
After:
Energized, centered, connected, calm.
This shift isn’t forced. It happens naturally when you step away from noise and back into yourself.
Each hike is a blend of practices that support grounding and awakening:
Nothing is heavy. Nothing is forced. You simply arrive, walk, breathe, and let nature take the lead.
The trails are easy to moderate. The inner work is gentle but real.
This is an invitation to be with yourself without distraction — to feel what’s here, soften what’s tight, and remember what matters.
You don’t need experience with hiking, meditation, or anything else. You just need a body that can walk for about two hours at an easy pace.
Bring water, comfortable shoes, and clothes for the weather. Optional: journal, small sitting pad, walking stick.
Your phone can stay in your pocket — or turned off. This is your time.
Modern life pulls us in a thousand directions. Nature pulls us back to ourselves.
My mission is to help people feel better — more love, more peace, more freedom, more joy. I create spaces where people can slow down, reconnect with their essence, and create the life they truly want.
Tranquility Hikes are one simple, powerful way to do that. We go into the forest to lose our minds and find our souls. (John Muir was right.)
